I only booked because I suddenly needed somewhere to sleep near the airport. If I’d thought it through, I never would have chosen this place. The room was dusty, the air conditioner was very loud, and whenever I ran it my cough and sore throat got worse. I didn’t expect much cleaning at a cheap price, but they didn’t replace the towels either, so I had to ask for them one by one. A friendly smile from the staff was about the only thing I could appreciate. I wouldn’t recommend it and don’t plan to return.

The rooms were run down, messy, and full of bugs. The first-shift manager or owner was outrageous too. She canceled our second night and kicked us out for no reason I can see. We were quiet and hadn’t caused trouble. My only guess is that she was discriminating against us because we’re a gay couple. We’re bringing a case against them for discrimination. She was mean and thoughtless, and called us names. I’d stay away from this place, though I suspect it may get shut down soon.

I checked in for six nights and left after ten minutes. The only positives were that the room had a fridge and the air conditioning worked. I was there only because I needed to be near Holy Family Hospital. The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke, and there was no Wi-Fi anywhere, not even in the small vestibule they call a lobby. The woman at the desk said it rarely works, if ever. There’s a phone in the room, but it isn’t connected, and there’s no housekeeping. I was told to take out my own trash, which wouldn’t have been a problem. The room itself was okay, although the place seemed like a sex motel, and the staff spoke virtually no English. They weren’t courteous or helpful. Booking.com’s photos and listing were completely misleading. I’m now disputing the charge with my card provider after Booking.com left me to deal with it. They’re worthless as a booking agent. Stay at your own peril. Caveat emptor.

We booked and paid online, but the man at the property was incredibly rude and insisted it hadn’t been paid, demanding cash. We spent an hour trying to explain that the payment had already gone through. He seemed not to understand English and ignored what we said. He also took our IDs and made printed copies without our consent. Now I’m afraid we could be victims of identity theft. We had to ask the booking platform for a refund and speak with three different people to get it. Such a waste of time. Scammers, don’t go here.
