CJ Grand Hotel & Spa

We booked the Romantic Sunset Oasis Tub for our anniversary, and the setup was beautiful, even better than I expected. The cafe had delicious choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and we had fun checking out the pools and other amenities throughout the day. We didn’t leave the property until checkout. From check-in through checkout, the staff were friendly and helpful and made the visit relaxing. My husband and I had a great time, and we’re excited to return.

Katrina gave me a head and foot massage and did a fantastic job. It was my first visit to the day spa, and the grounds were beautiful. I was impressed by all the water options, from the pool and spas to private geothermal tubs, as well as the two good-size saunas. The staff were wonderful too. I’ll definitely return.

Kim is a wonderful host who always makes sure people are comfortable and happy, and Samantha at the front desk is a ray of sunshine who goes out of her way to welcome everyone. We also met Nadine today, another lovely guest service representative. The staff are amazing, and the fresh, delicious food and relaxing mineral waters make this place our sanctuary. I’m so glad I found it. I’ve brought lots of people here, and everyone has enjoyed their stay.

I’m a regular at Azure Palm Desert because the calm atmosphere, especially around the Oasis area, helps me unwind and feel restored. It’s a real stress reliever and feels like an oasis. Samantha, Kim, and Nadine are a big reason I keep coming back. They’re accommodating, welcoming, friendly, and truly caring. Their kindness and hospitality mean a lot. Thanks for making every visit feel warm and relaxing.
