Jessica, the manager, has a friendly, hardworking crew, and they were quick to help us. Booking through Hilton.com has been a mess for us several times. On this occasion, we reserved a room and then the property told us it wasn't available. Jessica and her team finished renovating a room early so our big family could move into the larger one for the last two days of our stay. That was thoughtful and really impressed me. Next time I'll get the information from Hilton.com and book directly with the property.

Sheila was working when we arrived in town for my dad's birthday, and she was amazing. We had a room issue, so she went out of her way to find something that suited our family better. The next morning she was still there at breakfast, smiling and asking if there was anything else she could do to make our stay great. The breakfast staff were sweet as well and made sure we had everything we wanted. Great stay, and we'll come back.

We booked through Booking.com and the room charge went through about a week before check-in. At the hotel, the front desk couldn't find the payment and charged us a second time. I left a message for the General Manager about getting a refund. Within 48 hours, Scott called to say it had been processed. It's a great property with a great staff, and I'd definitely stay again.

I found a roach under the toilet seat and flushed it, then spotted a baby roach on the bathroom sink that slipped in behind the mirror. The front desk staff changed my room right away and gave me a full refund, so their customer service was great. Everything else was nice overall, but without that response this would have been a zero-star review. Be aware there may be an infestation.

The front desk service was top tier, and I have no complaints about it. The location is very convenient for the work route I'm currently on. The rooms could use improvement, but they're under renovation now. I presume they'll be updated and current if I visit again.
