The marina is just across the way, where you can fish, and the beach is only a few minutes on foot with private access. It was our first stay here, and the place was quiet and clean. We'd come back.

The clubhouse on the bay was one of my favorite spots, with a really nice tennis and pickleball court. The condos are spacious, clean, and everything worked for us. We had no trouble with noise or anyone being impolite, and the pool was nice too. Carrying beach things back and forth got old; a golf cart would have helped. For the price, I don't think you'll find a nicer condo. I'd definitely recommend it.

We spent a week at Dolphin point and had a good time. Service was trouble-free, and we enjoyed the stay. The wagon was useful getting our things from the parking lot to the condo, though pulling it through the sand wasn't a good idea.

There are lots of restaurants, grocery stores, Target, Hobby Lobby, shops, and activities for kids close by. The area itself is beautiful, and the location made for an easy vacation. The beach, with private access, is just a short walk away. Great place to stay!
