Right on snorkel bay, which we liked ten times more than the beach, and there's a prime spot for watching dolphins at sunset. The view is absolutely beautiful, and renters get free parking. The rooms were nice, the beds comfortable, and the pools were a nice extra. There isn't staff onsite to help, just security at the front gate. I wasn't happy about paying a cleaning fee and then having to clean the whole place myself before leaving. Book it!

The views were amazing, the place was beautifully decorated, and the beach is so close. There was sand everywhere when we arrived, so it could have been cleaned better. We'll definitely be back!

Our 4-bedroom, 2-and-a-half-bath unit was really nice and had fantastic views. East Pass Towers is in a great spot, right beside Norriego Point. We'll definitely return.

The air conditioning in the condo I recently leased at East Pass, 100 Gulf Shore drive, has been out for quite some time. Fans are scattered throughout the unit, but it's unbearably hot inside. It's a rooftop unit controlled by the HOA or management company, and we've tried for nearly a week to reach someone about fixing it without getting a response. I attached photos of the thermostat, which showed the temperature at 7:00am.
