There’s plenty of room on the beachfront to find your own spot, since it isn’t packed with rows of chairs. You can walk to a spot for beach fishing and snorkeling, and there’s access to both the Gulf and Destin Pass. This quiet gated community has three pools, including one on the beach. A water taxi can take you to the harbor and across 98 to Target or grocery stores, so you can get around without dealing with 98 traffic. A hidden gem in Destin.

The heated pool was clean, and after a day in the sun, we liked making dinner in the kitchen and eating on the back porch while watching the sunset. I stayed six days in Magnolia House room 302 with my three daughters. No issues, and cooking saved us a lot of money. We had a great time and I’ll be back.

The views are stunning, the condos are comfortable, and the pools are great. Getting to the beach could be easier, though using a wagon makes it manageable.

A lovely little private community with great rentals, heated pools, and lots of amenities to keep you busy. Beach access is amazing, and one of Florida’s most gorgeous beachfronts is just over the dunes!

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the condos and houses are gorgeous. The staff is friendly, too. Ask for Jessica, she’s the best. We come every year and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I’m already counting down to next year.
