The view was incredible, and I really enjoyed being right on the beach. Inside, the decor was pretty but simple, and the home was mostly clean. The floors didn’t seem to have been mopped, though, and one comforter had what looked like a makeup stain. It’s also very conveniently located, about two minutes from Walmart and Target. I’d recommend this place.
Walking straight onto the beach without crossing a street was so convenient, and the sand and clear water were gorgeous. The beach is lovely, with soft white sand and pretty sunsets. Staff set out the chairs every morning and take them down at 5 pm. Between the beach and pools there’s a shower, a foot rinse, and a shoe rack. The grounds are tidied up each night, and residents can use the well-kept grill and nearby table for dinner. There’s covered parking connected to the building too. Our corner condo felt clean, nice, and homey. It has two balconies, and from the tenth floor I had a perfect water view. There are two heated pools and two hot tubs. I wish the tubs were larger, but they’re still nice to have. A small shack sells ice cream and ice cones and offers rentals. My sisters loved the banana boat tubing ride, and paddleboards and kayaks are also available to rent.
The pools and hot tubs are lovely, and the beach view is beautiful. We had a spotless three-bedroom over Spring Break last year, with everything working, but this summer’s two-bedroom felt run down and was much more expensive than last Spring Brake. It was also really hot. None of the outlets in the bedroom with two beds would charge our phones, both bathroom sink faucets were very loose, and none of the remote batteries worked. The unit needs an update.
We loved E402 and can’t wait to return. It was nice to unwind in the huge Jacuzzi-style tub in one bathroom, and the tiled showers had a seat area. The private beach is beautiful, with two pools and two hot tubs as well. Access to the beach and pool areas is secure with a key fob. Best of all, both bedrooms and the living room faced the ocean.
We booked a two-bedroom condo at the very last minute and were grateful for the good care from customer service and the staff on site. When we had a small problem with the door key, a technician came right away and helped us. Our place was on the 15th floor with spectacular views. It was my first visit to this part of Florida, and the white, clean beaches almost didn’t seem real. Your beach spot matches your unit number, so there’s no need to compete for a place. Such a convenient idea. We’d definitely recommend it and will be back.
