The Inn sits right on Crystal Beach, with a great location just minutes from anything you might need in Destin. Once you're here, though, you won't want to leave. The private beach and beach service were amazing, thanks to John and the team. Everyone was focused on service and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. From guest services to the restaurant hostess and all the staff in between, the experience was exactly what we've come to expect in Destin. GM Kati, her chief of staff Lisa, Chai at reception, Keri at guest services, and the whole team run SWV and the Inn @ Crystal Beach as it should be, with an exclusive beach feel and attention to guests' needs. Best vacation ever. Thanks, Salt Water Vacations! Your team is top-notch, and we'll be back. Cheers from the Boone Family & Friends.

Booking directly with Salt Water Vacation was easy, and everything was ready when we arrived. Our room was clean, with clear beachfront views and convenient beach access. A couple of small things needed attention, but the online maintenance form was simple to use and they fixed them the same day. John was wonderful with the complimentary chair service, setting up and reserving our spot each morning. We'll book The Inn at Crystal Beach again for our next trip.

Katy and Renee rescued what could've been a personal disaster when a last-minute problem came up with a stay somewhere else. They were the sweetest, most gracious and accommodating hosts, and the unit they found for us was perfect. Because of them, it turned into one of our best experiences. I'm incredibly thankful. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We'll be back soon!

John, the beach attendant, was the best, and every employee we dealt with was attentive and helpful. The location is good. Still, unit 602 and the building overall need some upkeep and updating. The bedding is worn and the pillows badly need replacing. Only one elevator was working, and the restaurant was closed.

The incredible view and private beach made our stay worthwhile. The condo was a little run down for the price, though, and the management company was stingy with basic items like kitchen essentials, salt, and pepper. They don't supply beach towels, just one set of mini shampoo and conditioner and two dishwasher pods. When we asked the front desk for more, they were rude and said, 'we don't provide extra.' For what it costs to stay here, it would be nice to have those basics. The restaurant wasn't good, and the food was pricey. We didn't let these shortcomings spoil the trip, but it would've helped to know in advance.
