Sharon and Tashi made our 30th birthday trip from the moment we checked in. They were so accommodating, friendly, and attentive, exactly what hospitality should look like for Hilton. The rooms were spotless, the shared areas clean, and the bar staff friendly. A baggage attendant, a light skinned young man with short dreads, was also an absolute gentleman and took great care of our group and our bags. At checkout I spotted a small billing mistake. I called customer service, reached Charming, and had an answer within an hour. I’m so grateful for the stay and for how much they added to our trip. The hotel is in a great spot, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and casinos.

We came to Detroit for a rock concert and had such a good stay that we won’t use another hotel when we visit. The rooms and beds were comfortable, and the place was classy and nicely decorated. Parking was very reasonable, with hourly or nightly rates for transient parking. The staff made the biggest impression, especially our concierge, Antonio. Everyone, from housekeeping and valet to the front desk, was exceptionally friendly and capable. They took care of everything we needed, and every recommendation exceeded our expectations. We felt like regulars somewhere we’d never been before.

For my 30th birthday, Sharon and Tashi upgraded us when we arrived and treated us like queens. The bar downstairs served amazing espresso martinis, and the bellmen took care of our bags so we didn’t have to lift a finger. It’s a clean hotel with chic, trendy decor, right in the heart of Corktown and within walking distance of MGM casino. A perfect place to stay while visiting Detroit.

The hotel itself is a gem, and our room was spotless and very quiet. The check-in was smooth, and every staff member we met greeted us, was friendly, and went out of their way to help. The service alone made this one of my best hotel stays. We didn’t have any negative experiences, so I’d ignore the bad reviews. We’ll definitely be back. Well done, Godfrey.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and I loved the little welcome on the TV with our name when we turned it on. It felt like a thoughtful touch. The rooftop bar looked nice, but it was full, so we skipped it this time. We had a great stay and would come back.
