The rooms looked like they hadn’t been renovated or upgraded since opening, and they were in very poor condition. The AC was stuck at 61 and we couldn’t adjust it, so we left it off overnight and just used the fan. Then in the morning, there was no hot water in the shower. I wouldn’t recommend it unless there’s no other option nearby.

The desk staff were really nice, but the room was rough. It smelled strongly of mold and mildew, most of the lights and outlets didn’t work, there was hair on the sheets, and the floors were wet. I could hardly sleep because the room made me feel so gross. The clean lobby had made us think the hotel might be decent, but you get what you pay for.

The price was great, and breakfast was okay, with donuts, cereal, and yogurt but no proper hot food. Our sheets had a stain, though they didn’t look dirty, so we asked the front desk and she kindly brought clean ones. The woman who checked us in was super nice and helpful. For what we paid, the hotel was pretty good.

I’m worried about whether I can sleep safely here. Someone who’d been knocking on guests’ doors got a key made and entered my room while I was away, then stole some of my things. They don’t check ID, so apparently anyone can ask for a room key. Now that person has a key on a timer, and I was told they can’t just deactivate the other one. I don’t want to go to sleep wondering if some random woman will come back into my room or take more of my belongings. I can’t get a refund, either. They seem so concerned about their staff’s safety and the pet policy, but what about the paying customers who keep them in business? They need to protect guest privacy and confidentiality. She could have been a serial killer.
