Adrian was a real help when our flights were delayed and canceled and we missed our connection. I panicked that the rest of our three-night booking would be canceled, but he calmly assured me it was safe. When we finally arrived the next day, he checked us in and was just as kind in person. I really appreciated that, since I wasn’t calm at all, LOL. The hotel was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve stayed in a lot. I’m picky about hotel cleanliness and this place exceeded my standards. My husband liked the bed, though it wasn’t comfortable for me. We also enjoyed the pool area and used the hot tub every evening.

The room was roomy and comfortable, and the property was clean and well cared for. Staff were professional and friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. We had a very nice stay and would come back.

That evening social hour is great, with fresh cookies or a cheese and cracker bar, plus beer and wine. The staff were warm and welcoming, and our room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. This is one of the nicest places we stay around here. We’ll be back next time we’re in the area.

The room had an unpleasant smell, and the bed and pillows were such poor quality that both of us got back pain. There was a sticky colored mark on the toilet lid that wouldn't come off, so they replaced it. Breakfast was also missing boiled eggs for two days. I consider those a basic breakfast option. The hotel is clean and decent overall, but there’s room to improve.
