Royal Pacific Motor Inn

It’s a motor lodge, not a fancy hotel, so you have to be okay with its age and style. We love staying here because the Chinatown location is just right. Some rooms have balconies where you can hang out and watch the neighborhood, and free parking is a huge plus.

The place is dated, but that gives it a nostalgic feel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the parking lot right outside the rooms is a great extra. It’s a nice motel near Chinatown, and I’d happily stay here again.

The room was nicer than I expected for the price, and it was clean and had a mini fridge. The motel is close to Little Italy and the pier, so I’d recommend it. The valet was the only part I didn’t like. He had an attitude and was kind of mean.

Friendly and helpful, with gorgeous views of the busy street and skyline from both sides of the building. Little details bring its 1950s seductive charm together with modern comfort and safety. It has exactly what you need downtown. The carpets are the one thing I’d change. Five stars.
