Hampton Inn & Suites Dickinson

The large desk was a feature I especially liked, and the room was just what I’d hoped for. The shower had good pressure and stayed hot, and I enjoyed spending time in the spacious hot tub, which could safely fit several people. Lovely staff, a great room, and a quiet, professional atmosphere.

The room could use an update, but it was clean, and I appreciated the extra space in the accessible room I was given. I only stayed one night. The front desk woman was friendly and accommodating, and the service was good. It was very quiet, with few guests over the weekend; many people staying here work in the oil fields. Breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn offering. It’s a good hotel for Dickinson, though its refurbishment is lagging behind other Hampton Inns.

The one thing I’d suggest is adding a little more light to the rooms. Everything else met or exceeded what I expect from a Hampton Inn. I stayed for 10 days and found the room very clean, the beds comfortable, the shower great, and the bathroom pleasant. The fridge, microwave, TV, and other amenities all worked, and the climate control was just right, which I don’t always find. When I told Harper at the front desk that the desk chair wouldn’t raise and I needed it because of back problems, a new one was waiting in my room when I got back from work the next day. Everyone, from housekeeping to the front desk, was kind and helpful and made me feel welcome. I travel often and usually choose Hilton properties when I can. Hampton Inns tend to be reliable for cleanliness, comfort, service, and value, and this is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at anywhere in the country. It’s just off I-94 and within walking distance of several nice restaurants.

The beds are incredibly comfortable, the pillows are great, and the rooms are spacious with plenty of room. This is a great location, with a good breakfast and lots to choose from. The indoor pool is kept warm so you can use it year-round, and the rooms have the amenities I need, including a fridge, TV, microwave, and wet bar. I’m a Rewards member and always stay at Hampton Inn.
