The staff seemed pretty uninterested. Our first room wasn’t very clean, and in the second one, room 103, the heat didn’t work. It was too late to ask for a third room, so we slept in our hoodies. Save your time and money, and spend a bit more for somewhere decent.

Had breakfast and a nice stay. Veronica was so kind, and Maureen, the housekeeper, was just as lovely. I’m grateful for such a warm, nice hotel experience here.

We tried it after reading the reviews, but our experience wasn’t like theirs. The place felt dirty, and only one employee seemed to have any customer service skills. The fridge froze everything we brought, including our son’s milk. When I asked the front desk woman if she could get four ounces of milk, she looked disgusted, stayed on her phone, and only said, “It’s not morning.” Terrible service. The outside side door was also hard to open with the key card. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, spend a little extra elsewhere.

The room was spotless, and breakfast was good. I’d never had a Denver omelet at a continental breakfast before. The night front desk attendant handled everything we needed at check-in and even offered to bring extra blankets to the room herself. This also seems like a good option for kids with special needs, since the door locks are high up and the windows only open a crack.

I got held up by the weather and needed to stay another night. They were more than helpful about arranging that. The room was bright, comfortable and clean, and the guest laundry was reasonably priced at $1.25 to wash and $1 to dry. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate. I’d recommend staying here if you’re in the area.
