The staff were great, and there’s plenty of room here. I just wish the rooms had an oven and that breakfast included more choices, like bagels with cream cheese. A pool, dog park, and picnic spot with BBQ grills would be nice too.

I booked ten nights while traveling to Palm Bay, Florida as a travel nurse, based on what I saw online. I checked in on December 1st and left the next day. As soon as I walked in, I smelled cigarettes and weed, and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The front desk staff were polite, but inefficient and untrained. I ended up going next door to the Bonvoy Marriott, which felt like Buckingham Palace compared with the hell hole I’d just left. I’ll never recommend this place, especially to anyone looking for a clean, safe environment. This place sucks.

I was staying here early in the year when things were tough, and they kicked me out for no good reason around 5 AM while I was asleep. They gave me an hour to grab my stuff and leave. I had nowhere to go, since most hotels don’t let you check in until 2 PM, if they’ll even let you in early. I never got my money back and spent the day stuck on the street. Shitty experience. The other locations are great. It’s this specific one and its management that I don’t recommend. Stay at the one near chucky cheese. Same establishment, better management.

We chose this hotel for the price, kitchenette, and location while work was being done on our home. The room is clean, the bed’s comfortable, staff are friendly, and it’s pet friendly and affordable. Breakfast isn’t continental, as they explained, it’s grab and go. The big problem is the people above us. There’s running, stomping, jumping, and what sounds like furniture being moved, for a few hours at a time, then it stops and starts again. I’ve complained to the front desk twice, the second time very seriously, but I don’t know whether anyone actually contacted that room because it’s still going on. It’s 3:30 AM as I write this, and I’ve been woken repeatedly since 10:09 PM, after the quiet hours we had to acknowledge at check-in. This is night two of it. I work remotely while we’re displaced from home, so the noise is a huge inconvenience and I can’t get decent sleep. Normal walking is one thing, but this feels like a warzone. I’m not sure the kids upstairs are being monitored or kept to any kind of schedule. It’s left a VERY bitter taste in my mouth. If you stay here, I’d ask for a top-floor room.
