The pool was a hit with our kids the next morning. It was clean, heated, and well maintained, especially nice in winter. Breakfast had plenty of American-style choices, and everything was prepared well and filling. We arrived around midnight after our New York trip, and the two front desk staff were warm and kind. Check-in was quick after a long day on the road, and checking out was easy too. We were welcomed by lovely Christmas decorations at the entrance, which put us in a festive mood right away. The stay at Holiday Inn Dickson City was wonderful from beginning to end. We felt comfortable and looked after, and it exceeded our expectations. We'd absolutely stay again if we return to the area.

The suites may not be worth the extra cost, since the pullout sofas weren't comfortable enough to sleep on. Also, the hot tub was out of order, so call ahead if that matters to you. Still, for the affordable price, it was a great deal. The room was good quality for the cost, breakfast was a surprisingly solid hot buffet, and the service was friendly from the moment we arrived.

I've stayed here many times, mainly because of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is consistently spotless, with excellent amenities. I'd absolutely recommend it and hope they keep things just as they are.

We've stayed here several times on a regular road trip stop. It's close to whatever we might need, and the rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The restaurant discounts were handy, so we could just walk over for dinner with our three kids, which made the drive much easier. We had a great conversation one morning at breakfast with sales manager Elaine. She's a wonderful person, as are all the staff we've met. We'll be back many more times.

The hotel was sold out during our one-night stay, but our room was still clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everyone we dealt with was wonderful, from the front desk and housekeeping to the breakfast attendant and the man mopping the floors. The service was great, and we'll stay again.
