Parking was easy, with plenty of spaces and convenient access, though winter could make finding a spot harder. The location worked well, and food and shopping were only a drive of less than five minutes away, though not within walking distance. The price was competitive for the area and what you get. I liked the kitchenette, and the room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The water pressure and temperature were fine too. I didn't use the amenities. Most staff were attentive, but the person on duty later than 8pm seemed annoyed, as if I was interrupting. None of the staff I encountered wore name badges or shared their names, which made accountability seem lacking.

The rooms are huge, and breakfast is free. I've stayed a few times, and the breakfast area was never as crowded as I've seen at other hotels. It's great value, too, with a good location close to restaurants and fast food.

I've been a Hilton Honors Diamond member for 20 years and stayed at many Hilton properties. I used to take pride in choosing Hilton brands, but standards have fallen quickly, and this location is a clear example. I'm not coming back. Visible neglect was the last straw. I could see mold and cobwebs along the bathroom floorboards, which made it seem like nobody was maintaining or checking the hotel. The room also didn't smell clean. It smelled of perfume, cologne, cigarettes, or strong cleaner, as if someone was trying to cover something up. Service and cleanliness fell short of what I'd expect for a room at this price. Rooms should get basic daily service: trash, towels, bathroom, and floors. Instead, guests get excuses. Staff blame short staffing, but I blame supervision. If basic standards aren't met, that's leadership letting problems slide, and staff blaming each other only makes accountability seem worse. Even the toilet paper was so thin you could read an iPad or newspaper through it, depending on what you used. And breakfast coffee was simply bad, not just weak or in need of improvement. If I didn't travel with my own coffee, I'd be stuck with something I wouldn't serve at home. This isn't about status. As a paying customer, I expect the basics: a clean, maintained place run professionally. They still charged full price at checkout.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the general manager sorted out a small room issue quickly. She took the mistake seriously and even credited us one night, which we really appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it's nice to find a pool and hot tub together. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choices, though an espresso option would be nice. The location is decent and close to lots of stores, but it's on a mountain, so driving around might feel daunting if you're not used to it. We'd definitely stay again.
