I checked out a day early and got no refund for the so-called cancellation protection. They had already charged my card before I checked in, which is why I wouldn’t book here, especially by phone. The beds and pillows were awful, and freeway noise kept me up all night. Don’t waste your time.

The room was comfortable and well serviced, and I really liked how quiet it was. In the morning, the breakfast area was clean and spacious. It was our first time here, but we’ll stay again when we travel through the area.

The front desk employees were polite and professional, and breakfast was okay. But the fridge had old food left inside, and the smell filled the whole thing. There was no housekeeping, so I had to go get my own towels.
