We booked at the last minute, and for the price it was pretty decent. The front desk clerk was amazingly polite and patient. The shower got hot, with strong pressure you could adjust. The room was clean, though the sheets were really old and worn. When I lifted one to fix the bedding underneath, I could see the torn stuffing through it. The pillows were too soft for me, so I used the ones on the extra bed. My husband liked them, though, so that's just my preference. The elevator looked old and a bit sketchy, but it ran smoothly and safely. One tip: the door handle didn't work at first. Downstairs they told us to push it up instead of down, in case that's useful to future guests.

We paid $320 for a room with bugs, mold, blood, dust everywhere from floor to ceiling, and holes in the walls. There were broken doors, and the mattresses sagged in the middle. The wall AC blew dust around and gave off a clear urine smell when switched on. We had no hot water all night. The owner offered only a 30% refund despite my photos and didn't seem to care. I had my children with me, and we stayed because it was about 5 degrees outside at 10 p.m. and nearly every other local hotel was booked. The conditions were awful for that price. This place needs major renovations and a health department inspection, and honestly should be closed. I called Days Inn Wyndam too, but they did nothing, saying the properties are privately owned, even though the name and reputation are theirs. The owner should have made this right. Mine isn't the only review describing these kinds of problems.

The back entrance to the parking lot wouldn't lock, which felt unsafe, and it took almost ten minutes for anyone at the desk to show up when we arrived around 9 p.m. The room was freezing. The fake wood flooring was badly damaged and lifting, the bed frame had mystery stains, and there were crumbs on the nightstand. The sink still had what looked like dried soap, and there was hair on the sheets. The bathroom walls were losing their finish, and the carpets in the room and hallways were filthy. Corners and bathroom areas were visibly dirty, and the halls were scuffed with battered paint, probably from housekeeping carts hitting it at that height. The place needs a full remodel. We stayed here several times in the early 2000s, and it has gone way, way downhill. Don't waste your money.

People were hanging around the parking lot, and the side door card reader was broken, so that door wouldn't lock. It felt sketchy. Inside, the hotel was dirty and dated, with hallways that needed vacuuming and everything looking like it came from the 80s. The bathroom didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, and the mattresses were old and deflated. Breakfast was a letdown, too. Apart from the waffle maker, there wasn't anything hot. The mini fridge was so small it couldn't fit one takeout box. Spend your money somewhere else.

The staff were nice, and the hot tub being open around the clock was a plus. It's also well located for getting to other mountain areas and towns. Still, the place was pricey and dirty, though it was the middle of ski season in the mountains. The bathroom was gross in a couple of spots, and trash, including a cigarette butt, sat in the stairwells all weekend. Room service showed up very late and hardly did anything.
