We had a really nice shower with great pressure, and the room was super clean and comfortable. The front desk was very helpful. We had to leave before breakfast was set up, but the woman working made sure we had some things to take on the road. I’d stay again.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, and this is one of the best. I’m here for a month for work and honestly wish I could come back just to stay here. Every staff member I’ve met has been incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms are high quality and clean, and the workout room is amazing. There aren’t lots of bells and whistles, but the staff and cleanliness make up for that. Breakfast is typical and only okay, though still pretty good. I like the waffle and oatmeal stations, and they switch up the options rather than serving the same things every day. I hadn’t seen potatoes or biscuits and gravy yet when I first wrote this, but I was optimistic. The day after I posted, they had biscuits and gravy, and it was really delicious. The pool is a little small but decent. I wish they had a 24-hour coffee station like many hotels do. When I asked, someone kindly brewed a cup for me from the back after breakfast hours. I do have one complaint about room 301, where I stayed my first week. If someone is in the adjoining room 303 and has the TV on, it blares through the wall. I don’t think it’s necessarily because that guest has the volume turned up. Even at a mild level it carries through, and two different guests next door watched TV at night and woke me up multiple times. I don’t blame them. There seems to be an issue with the wall or insulation. Staff said they knew end rooms could have this problem, so someone really needs to look into a fix. I would never want to stay in 301 again, though I’m still giving five stars because the staff are amazing.

The staff were so friendly and went beyond what I expected during one of my best stays at a Marriott property. This location was exactly what I expect, and I wish every location were up to this level.

Fairfield’s design has improved, and this is a great addition to the region. The property was new in Nov. 2025. The front desk was very helpful with several requests. It’s close to the interstate but far enough away to stay quiet.
