We stayed two nights because of the winter weather. The first room had a king bed, but no working heat, so they moved us next door. We were told the new room had a queen, but it was actually a full, though the heat worked. They didn't refund the price difference, even though the “queen” room costs less than the king. There were gaps around the door with no weather stripping, and we saw cockroaches. They need pest control. The room photos don't match what was there either. The cooking setup was a hot plate and toaster oven contraption, and there was no overhead cabinetry like in the pictures.

I was just visiting, but the room was very nice and roomy, with a nearly full-size refrigerator and a small countertop. The bathroom was nice too. Having a washer and dryer on site is handy. I'd definitely stay here.

I'm a traveling medical lab tech assigned to the hospital for 13 weeks, and found this little gem for my stay. The people at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. The room feels like a small studio apartment with everything I need. Best of all, it has tile floors, since I can't stand carpet. For the weekly price, especially compared with other places, it's a bargain. It isn't high-end or packed with extras, but it has what I need for a comfortable stay and lets me save on my housing allowance. I'd stay here again.

The staff have been really helpful while my fiancé and I stay here waiting for a home to become available. It may not be a five-star hotel, but it has the things you need. We'd definitely recommend staying here. Ask for Brittany, she'll take care of you.

We told the hotel when we arrived that we needed a place for about two weeks while waiting to move into a rental we'd found. I called ahead and was told the rate wouldn't be $280 a week because our room was a “suite.” It would be $360 weekly, including the pet fee, which seemed fine. But the room looked like an ordinary room, not a suite. A week later I went to pay for the next week and was told we had to check out because of a reservation, though they'd return our deposit. We'd followed the rules and hadn't bothered anyone. They knew I had two small children, but still said we had to leave. When I asked if we could move to a different room, a king instead of queens, they said no. Management also took the ashtray from outside our room. When we asked for it back so we could put it away, they refused until we made a fuss. We were rushed at checkout because we'd thought we were staying another week. They said a reservation meant we had to go. I returned later because I thought we'd left insulin in the fridge, and noticed the room they supposedly needed for a reservation was empty. So we were made to leave for a one-night booking? When I called about the insulin, they said they throw away anything left in the fridge, even medication. That was completely disappointing and unprofessional. They're nice to your face, but it feels like money is all that matters. I don't know why they made us leave when $380 was at stake compared with a one-night reservation. I don't recommend this place. It was a horrible experience, and I've never heard of a hotel throwing everything away like that. To be fair, the rooms were clean, smelled nice, and weren't very noisy. Everything else was okay, except management.
