I emailed customer service with photos of the dirty tubs and never heard back. The front desk clerk had been impolite, too. In both rooms I rented, I found small curly hairs in the bathtubs that looked like pubic hair.

On September 17, 2025, I pulled back the sheets because I use my own bedding and found a bedbug. I have it on video, and the manager saw the footage and didn’t deny it was a bedbug. I’d booked through Airbnb, sent them the video, and they promptly refunded me. Since I didn’t end up staying, I can’t leave a review on Airbnb. The room was also extremely dirty, with hairs on the floors and in the drawers, and uncleaned surfaces.

I’ve been waiting two months for my refund after booking online. Three supervisors each told me they were handling it, but I still get the same answer: their team is working on it. They lied about the rooms and everything else. Don’t waste your time booking online, it’s a scam they run. They don’t even deserve a star.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very helpful. There’s shopping and dining nearby in a great area. We had a great stay.

The room was decent, though nothing special, and it’s a motel. The owner basically wanted us gone by 8:45 a.m.; I told her we were checking out at 11. Police sat in their cars doing nothing in the parking lot, blocking it and intimidating customers.
