The staff made the stay feel personal and warm, always attentive and gracious. Their service was exceptional, and the whole hotel felt pristine, with tasteful decor throughout. My room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens and furnishings felt sophisticated. From the serene atmosphere to the elegance and care in the details, I felt pampered but also completely at ease. It exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and a memorable stay.

We got stuck at the small Donalsonville airport after flying in, with the FBO closed and no Uber available. I’d assumed Uber worked everywhere, but apparently not here. Most of the options we found online looked like old 1950s roadside motels, so we called The Osceola to see if they had a room and explained our situation. Jaimee, the owner, told us to wait at the airport and sent someone to pick us up. That alone set a great tone. The building was a surprise: a beautifully restored historic property with high ceilings, original architectural features, polished wood floors, and tasteful antiques. It felt authentic, not themed, and each room was different. Jaimee let us choose the one we liked. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with a comfortable bed, quality linens, a modern bathroom, strong A/C, and a quiet night. The common areas were inviting and elegant without feeling stuffy, and the whole place seemed cared for. Jaimee and Regina checked on us several times, made sure we had what we needed, and helped us sort out food and plans in town. It felt like staying with someone who wanted us to enjoy the town, not just a business. If you’re in Donalsonville, this is the hotel to consider. Even from nearby, I’d say it’s worth the detour. The Osceola Hotel in Donalsonville, Georgia is a beautiful historic property. Its architecture, room quality, atmosphere, and elegant appearance genuinely amazed me. It deserves five stars and would be a lovely choice for a family getaway, conference, wedding, reunion, or other function. This charming hotel is top notch, and I was captivated and impressed.

AMAZING! The restoration is the best I’ve seen. It feels like stepping 100 years into the past, with better water pressure. They’ve done every detail so well, even the shampoo feels luxurious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. We’ll be back and will recommend it to all our friends.
