Intercontinental at Doral Miami by IHG

I came for a week to get away, unwind, work out, get some sun, and reset, and this was a good fit. My Diamond ambassador status felt valued. Corina handled a situation I had really well, Janiselle was an angel, and Conrad was very accommodating. The restaurant kept me happy across several meals, from breakfast to dinner. Servers were eager to help, housekeepers did a great job and appreciated their tips, and when I raised an issue it was fixed right away. The pool was just what I wanted: heated, open 24/7, and sunny without nearby buildings blocking the light. It felt neither cheap nor tacky. The weight room was excellent, much better equipped than most hotel gyms. My one suggestion is to offer a little more than lays chips and granola bars for afternoon tea in the lounge. Maybe I'm used to the lounge experience in Japan. Rooms are being renovated, and I hope to return for a first-floor room sometime. I was impressed by the property and would recommend it for its amenities, staff, location, and overall quality.

The rooftop pool was a highlight, with a relaxing feel and lovely sunset views. Staying on the waterfront in downtown Miami also made it easy to walk to Bayside Marketplace and nearby attractions and restaurants, or get to the port. Inside, our spacious room was well appointed and looked out over Biscayne Bay. The view in the morning was magical, and the bed gave us the best hotel sleep we'd had in a long time. The bathroom felt luxurious, with great amenities, and everything was fresh and well maintained. From the elegant lobby and striking architecture to the friendly staff who went out of their way for us, the stay exceeded expectations. On-site dining was delicious too. We had a wonderful weekend at the InterContinental Miami by IHG.

From the start, the service felt professional and focused on customer satisfaction. The staff were attentive and ready to help promptly. I especially want to recognize LUIS ESPINOZA, who gave me personal attention and helped resolve package delivery issues quickly and efficiently. His kindness, willingness to help, and dedication to good service made a real difference.

I was here for business and found the check-in easy, with friendly, helpful staff. The spacious room was very comfortable, and the mini bar had plenty of snacks. Room service offers a wide selection, and the on-site restaurant and bar were excellent. Just be aware that parking is paid. The hotel is also conveniently located near MIA.
