If professional management matters to you, avoid this place. The managers who oversee most of the properties in the complex turned a routine walkthrough into a police call, even though we cooperated fully and there was no conflict. The signing managers miyuki and betty were dismissive and patronizing throughout. It was stressful, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional. Anyone considering renting or owning here should think twice before dealing with these ladies.

Best in the area! I drive 40 minutes just for their excellent service. All the girls do a great job and are truly skilled at what they do.

The look is nice, but the houses all felt alike. If modern homes are your thing, this is the style for you. I didn’t see much individuality beyond a few little details on the front of each house. Pic #1 is a house in miami lakes with a similar design, and I love how it stands apart from the other contemporary homes around it. Oasis park square felt more like an office cubicle in its uniformity, though I know some people really like that. I gave it five stars because it stood out to me as a good home for people who like this design, and it seemed like people here care about cleanliness. Not my cup of tea, of couese.

These are brand new luxury houses in doral, across from doral city place. They’re all white and it looks like a good place. The location is pretty nice, and they’re definitely expensive. If you’re interested, stop by or call them to get your questions answered.
