I canceled because of how Jay treated me. After making my reservation, I called to ask about Apple Pay and a few things I couldn’t find on the website. The manager answered abruptly, rushed me to ask, then hung up before I could even get the question out. The call lasted less than 10 seconds. When I called back, he left me waiting in the background for five minutes after I asked. I went to the front desk hoping to get an answer. Right after I said good morning, he started yelling at me to hurry up with my question. I told him I just wanted to ask something and that he didn’t need to yell. He said he was too busy and had many customers to take care of. I was the only person in the lobby, and the phone never rang. When I tried to tell the others who were supposed to stay with me about his behavior, he yelled again and threatened me. I know the job can be stressful, and he may have been having a bad day, but that doesn’t excuse yelling at a customer. I wish my interaction with this place hadn’t gone so badly that I had to cancel.

There was mold in the sinks, holes all over the room doors, and cigarette burns in the sheets. Would give zero stars if I could. STAY AWAY!

There were people using drugs at the hotel entrance, and the whole place smelled terrible. The hallways and rooms were filthy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Guests don’t get proper cleaning or security, and this hotel should be shut down.
