The location was great and the staff were very friendly, but it was really loud and not a good stay for us. Someone was arguing around 3 Saturday morning and woke us up. We couldn't call the desk because the phone in our room didn't work. The TV had two remotes and no instructions.

The refrigerator was broken, and the room was filthy. The sheets were dirty, and the floor and bathroom were disgusting. Housekeeping was extremely rude, wouldn't even let me sit on the stairs, and came into my room after I specifically said I was fine and didn't need service on my first day. They don't do their job properly. Please don't stay here.

The place looks nice, but a German cockroach ran across the floor at 5 p.m. with all the lights on, which told me enough. I wish we'd checked the reviews and seen the reports of bedbugs. I'm spending the night in my work truck. Don't waste your money unless you're okay with taking roaches and bedbugs home. I went back in and flipped the sheet, and sure enough, we have bedbugs too.

The housekeeping staff are sweet and genuine, and I'd stay again. One of the housekeepers told me today that for customers staying over, they come every other day. Also, this location isn't serving breakfast, even though other places and websites say it does.

There were roaches in the room, the keypad didn't work right, and the microwave was broken. The front desk guy wouldn't move me to another room or give me a refund.
