The room was so quiet, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The window shade made it nice and dark, and everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. Super clean everywhere, with an extra level of class. Cleanest hotel ever. Best stay I've had in years.

My room was clean and smelled great, and breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty. The gym was easy to get to and had good equipment. The location worked perfectly for getting around Dothan, with shopping within five miles and restaurants nearby. Staff were helpful, and my room was ready quickly after I checked in on the mobile app. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It seems like a nice property, and I think it was recently remodeled. The place was clean and breakfast was good. You can hear people walking around on the floor above, but otherwise it was nice.

This is my second experience with the front desk guy, and he wasn't very nice. He seemed to have an attitude, and I didn't feel welcome. I’m a silver member and have never been treated so unwelcomingly at any of your other locations. This was at location 4684 Montgomery Highway. The front desk needs more customer service training.

The TV was hard to use for finding channels. The guide listed all the channels, but the channel ID didn't show when changing channels. My main complaint is the fitness room has no elliptical. I can't use a treadmill, and every other Hampton we've stayed in had an elliptical. Please add one.
