Magnolia Creek Lodge

A very good price, especially with Passport America membership. The overnight stay came with full hookups and wide, level concrete pull-through sites, plus plenty of space to roam with the dog. The dog park was really nice, though none of the dog bag stations had bags.

The Lodge rooms were beautiful and clean, and the sitting area feels so welcoming. They’ve started serving beer, too, and it was tasty and reasonably priced. I got to chat with another couple over one. I’ve already booked for December, with a family member making the reservation again. I told them I wanted to come back! On my first visit to Magnolia Creek, I stayed in a cabin. It was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and check-in and checkout were easy. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast from the mini fridge on the back porch, looking out at nature. The front desk staff were lovely, and the whole place felt fresh and smelled wonderful. Thank you to the owner for making it so comfortable and homey. I’ll definitely return. I check in under Aka Copeland.

We stop at Hidden Hollow RV Park every year on our Minnesota to Florida drive, and again on the way back. It’s a quiet, relaxing place, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. The sites are level, so we can stay hooked up for our overnight stops.

At Christmas, Magnolia Lodge is a cozy place to stay, with plenty of space, and it’s clean and quiet. We have family in Dothan, and the short drive doesn’t bother us. We’ll be back next Christmas.
