Tru by Hilton Lithia Springs

The hotel was clean throughout, including the downstairs TV area, and it smelled really nice. The service was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I think the front desk employee was named Jamisha. She was kind and helpful, and knew which nearby restaurants were open late. The woman at checkout was very nice too, though I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. The location is right off the highway, so you can hear all the traffic and it gets noisy. Even so, I had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The location was convenient and the hotel was comfortable. I didn’t have time to try the indoor pool, but it looked clean. My only complaint was the coffee. It’s kept hot in the lobby, but having to get out of bed first thing in the morning to fetch it is awful. They should put coffee makers in the rooms.

After a week here, I’ll definitely stay again. The staff treated me like a valued guest from my first day and were among the friendliest I’ve encountered. This stay was a refreshing change after a #HORRIBLE experience at the DoubleTree in Lawrenceburg, IN. The hospitality meant a lot and restored my faith in the Hilton brand. Thanks for such a great visit!

The shower had great water pressure and left me feeling like a new person, and the room was spotless. There are plenty of nearby places to eat, too. Breakfast was better than the usual continental spread, with lots of ways to customize your plate. The staff were friendly, and the lobby has coffee and hot cocoa around the clock, plus comfortable places to sit and work. There’s also a pool table and a few other games. What a great hotel!
