The Mill Inn

The Cafe downstairs was such a treat, and check-in and check-out were easy. We had a wonderful stay at the Mill Inn, with beautiful rooms, a gorgeous location, and a charming renovation. Fantastic experience, thank you!

The staff were friendly and quick to respond, and the rooms are ideal for one person or a couple. They’re perfect, especially for such a reasonable price. I’d stay here again, 10/10.

I usually stay with family when I’m in town, but needed extra space this time and booked here. The rooms are huge, beautifully decorated, and have comfortable beds and coffee in the room. Self-check-in with a code was easy, and the cafe downstairs has a delicious range of options. This place is a gem, and I’ll definitely stay again!

The room was cute, but that was where the charm stopped. We got no communication: no booking confirmation, no message the day before check-in, and no reply to our inquiry. A month before arrival I called to make sure it wasn’t a scam, and the manager was rude. An hour before we arrived there was still nothing, so I called again to confirm we had a room and got another rude response. An automated message with the entry code finally came right at check-in. They should set up at least some kind of confirmation so guests can feel at ease. In the morning, the cafe door below kept opening and slamming shut every few minutes as breakfast customers came in. A door closer could easily have stopped the repeated slamming. I’m usually pretty forgiving when I travel, but I’d suggest continuing down the road and spending your money somewhere that might care about your experience.
