The front desk promised to make up one night with points, but the manager never followed through. And the canned response below isn't helpful. If you want to make this right, please reach out. I've stayed here for years and used to speak highly of the property to colleagues who stayed too, but this last visit changed that. Police were everywhere, doors kept banging all night, and I got absolutely no sleep.

The breakfast was reliably average, and the rooms could use better soundproofing inside and out. Showers have good pressure, but they're short: anyone over 5'7" should expect to bend to wash their hair or face. The sheets are a bit scratchy, though they're breathable and otherwise comfy. The toilet paper is like single-ply sandpaper, definitely not recommended. It's a budget hotel, so you get what you pay for, but it's comfortable enough.

The water stayed hot through my shower and had good pressure, and the hair dryer worked out nicely. The TV had the usual decent channel selection, the microwave worked, and the bed was okay. But I wouldn't pay $140 for this stay again. It felt closer to a $90 experience, especially with the very subpar breakfast: a waffle maker, a few plain bagels or toast, melon and mixed fruit, green bananas, and yogurt from a machine. The waffle was okay, but only worthwhile if you're hungry and broke. No bacon, sausage, or individual yogurts. I needed a hotel the same day and chose this one to save $40 based on its 7 out of 10 Booking.com rating. Arriving alone at night, I didn't feel very welcome. A group of men near the restaurant next door around 10:30 pm made me uneasy. Parking was full, so I left my car behind the hotel and had to walk around. Out back, by the business area, a man was smoking in the shadows and semi-trucks were idling. Better outdoor lighting might help. The room was clean at a glance but hadn't been deeply cleaned. The remote was gross, the lampshade and chair had stains, and the air ducts looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Dust was visible in the room unit and in the vents along the hall. The room was already warm with the air on low, and I didn't want to turn it up and stir up all that dust because it bothered my breathing. The shower shelf also looked unmaintained. Towels were basic and scratchy, but fine. The door handles had been cleaned. There were loud cars out back around midnight. I might not have minded that if I didn't like cool cars, but the garage truck at 4:45 am woke me up and was so loud I thought there'd been a crash. The dumpster sits right outside the windows and could be moved farther back in the lot. Night staff were okay, not especially friendly but fine. The guy at the desk on the morning of 10/11/25 was really nice, and the lobby looked good in the morning. If you're on a budget, it'll do; with another $40, I'd choose a higher-end hotel.

The desk staff were nice, and there was at least a waffle station, but I was really dissatisfied, especially for the price. Breakfast was awful: limp ham, bland eggs, and expired yogurt. The place smelled like mold or mildew, maybe like a dried-up lake full of dead fish. A cleaning lady even pushed us back onto the elevator with her cart as we were trying to get off. I've traveled quite a bit, and this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Best Western used to seem like a step up, but the standard has clearly gone downhill. Not worth it. Don't stay here.
