We felt welcome and comfortable the whole time, thanks to staff who were always helpful, polite, and friendly, and ready to lend a hand with a smile. The rooms and shared areas were very clean and clearly well cared for. We had an excellent stay with outstanding service, would recommend ELIOT, and would gladly return.

Room 603 had two rooms, a roomy sitting area with a TV and a bedroom with a king bed. The linens, waffle cotton robes, and towels were all high quality, and spring water was delivered daily. Housekeeping was gracious, and Jean at the door was a delight. The Eliot Hotel is an intimate boutique hotel in an excellent location, and the staff were friendly. The rug had quite a few spots and the room could use a fresh coat of paint, but we'd definitely stay again. I understand renovations are planned for the near future.

The doorman was so kind when I parked in the wrong valet spot. He walked over to my car and drove it to the lot, even though he didn't have to. The room was decorated as a surprise for my fiancée's birthday, and it made her cry. The Eliot Hotel is in a great location that let us stay in the area. A real 10/10.

The rooms are gorgeous, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful from the moment we got out of the car, always checking if they could do anything for us. The hotel is just around the corner from Newberry Street and easy to reach by car. I'd enthusiastically recommend it to anyone wanting a week or weekend away to explore Boston and the surrounding area.

I loved this hotel, one of my favorite stays in a long time. My room was huge and luxurious, right in central Back Bay, which worked perfectly for getting to a conference at Hynes Convention Center without being in the middle of the event itself. I'm a light sleeper, pregnant, and desperate for rest, so I asked for a quiet room. They gave me a lovely tucked-away corner room with no street noise. It was peaceful and well insulated, and I couldn't hear the neighbors at all.
