We had a wonderful stay. They let us check in early, and the rooms were what we expected. The staff I dealt with were kind and welcoming, and the long-term residents kept to themselves. There were a couple of roaches, and the water was off when we arrived, but you get what you pay for.

There was trash inside the kitchen cabinet, and the power strip running the refrigerator was blackened, with marks suggesting it had shorted out before. Outside, the air smelled like skunkweed when we arrived.

The roads were very bumpy, though it was quiet. Hot water ran out at night, and the door only had the lock on the doorknob, with no second lock. The staff were okay, but the place feels like it’s run for slum lords. What you get is nowhere near worth the price. Go to another hotel until they fix these problems.

I have no issue with Ms. Amy, but the motel doesn’t respect paying guests. Their maintenance guy played his music loudly while cleaning up, and there are roaches. After paying, be sure to get a receipt. If you have no proof, they may say you never paid.

Roaches were all over the place. The so-called bath mat was filthy and soaking wet, and the door wouldn’t latch or lock. It was horrible. Don’t stay there, ever.
