The front desk lady, maybe Angie?, was cheerful, smiling, and really helpful. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with a lovely breakfast area and a lobby drink station offering hot water for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. It’s pet friendly, and overall I’d stay here again. Our room could use some work. The bed springs creaked so loudly you could hear and feel them, though we managed. I hope they upgrade it. There were a couple of bathroom maintenance issues, but everything was still usable. I told the front desk and hope they fix them for the next guest. The carpet could use a cleaning, too.

Amber at the front desk was the reason I’d come back. She welcomed me warmly, checked me in quickly, and offered good local dining suggestions. When a small issue came up with my room, she took care of it right away with no hassle or runaround. The Hampton Inn was clean, comfortable, and well located, with good breakfast, comfy beds, and reliable Wi-Fi. Amber’s care made a good hotel great. Highly recommend this property.

The room was clean, comfortable, inviting, and everything worked. The beds were actually comfy, and breakfast was yummy, with fresh, hot, amazing coffee. The people made the stay. Amber checked us in efficiently and welcomed us with such kindness, she rescued our night. Ms. Dana met us early with a smile and went out of her way to make sure we had everything. Kim checked us out with a warm hug, a wonderful smile, and so much kindness. She gave our day the perfect start. I can’t wait to come back and reconnect with them. From check-in through checkout, everything was amazing. Hampton rescued our trip when things were looking really bad and gave us just what we needed to make it memorable in the best way. We’ll definitely stay here whenever we’re in Mobile again.

The rooms are basic, but the common spaces are exceptional. The two-story breakfast room has a fireplace and built-ins, and it’s beautiful. The pool area is much nicer than you’d expect for a hotel at this price, and breakfast was really good. We spent the weekend here and it far exceeded our expectations. Everyone on staff was so friendly. If Chick-fil-A were a hotel, this would be it. Highly recommend!

The woman who checked me in was amazing and easily the highlight of the stay. The rest of the place needs help to get back on track, and it definitely wasn’t up to par for Hilton properties. The parking lot didn’t feel secure, though I didn’t have a problem myself. The remote was filthy, and the lamp base was almost as bad. The pool was so unbalanced you couldn’t see the bottom. Breakfast was a disaster: gravy like cement, pastries hard enough to drive nails with, and brown floaties in the milk carafe.
