Karen and Michelle are such fun, gracious, knowledgeable hostesses, and the beds are really comfortable. This lovingly restored historic B&B is handy for everything downtown Mobile has to offer and is full of beautiful art. I loved my stay. The price is well worth the comfort and atmosphere, and I'd highly recommend it.

Our family finance club met here for its annual meeting, and the house gave us really nice accommodations. There were plenty of bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room and den, so we could relax, have family time and hold board meetings. We could visit local family or invite them over for short visits too. It felt good to be back in our hometown and at home for three days. The attendant made sure the stay was safe, accessible and enjoyable. The restored, clean, nicely decorated house is downtown in the commercial district, tucked into a quiet historic area off the path of others.

Karen checked in about my arrival the day before, let me come early, and then allowed a late checkout when the cruise ship was delayed. Breakfast was simple, bagels, cereal, juice, coffee and milk, and the place felt very homey. The old house has a great feel, and my room was clean with its own newly renovated bathroom. The cat mentioned in a few reviews was there, but didn't get in the way at all. I have nothing negative to say about the stay!

I felt right at home with Karen and Fuzzy buddy, they're wonderful hosts. The house is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, but entertainment is within walking distance. My coworker and I stayed the night before a conference, and I wished we could've stayed longer. I'll definitely come back for a non business trip!!

Our room was spacious and really comfortable, and Karen was a gracious, accommodating host. Petronovich House was perfect for us since we love beautiful historic homes. We could walk to all the fun downtown spots, including the Mardi Gras ball we attended. The amenities were better than at other B&B's we've stayed in. The guest fridge and pantry were well stocked, and there's a Bloody Mary bar for guests, just BYOB. I wish we'd had more time to enjoy cocktails in the sitting room. We'll definitely return for more than one night next time.
