It was comfortable enough for a night, and I'd stay again. I got in at midnight, parked for free, and found a quiet area, a comfy bed that might've been memory foam, a cool room and hot water. For the price, it had what I needed. Check-in was odd because the woman was on her phone and the system was super slow, which she commented on a couple of times, but it was midnight. The AC was against the window, making the blackout curtains ruffle, so I put my backpack on the huge ledge to stop them flying around. Breakfast ending before 10 would've been nice, and cleaning knocked at 10 instead of waiting for the 11 checkout, which was kind of dumb, though I was awake. If you want a pool in January, I guess you were out of luck, but that seems normal. I'm glad I hadn't read the reviews before coming, since the stay was much better than the 2.5 or whatever average they currently have.

Our room was big, with a very clean feel, a comfortable bed, high end bedding and really soft pillows. There was plenty of hot water and the room was cool. The only downside was the door by our room near the side entrance. It didn't close softly, and the slamming kept us up late. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

The hotel was clean and smelled pleasant, and the employees we met gave great service. Thanks, we'll definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

The breakfast was a joke: tiny tasting-size cups of coffee, nothing appetizing to eat, and a cheap, careless setup. Towels were stained, the mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. The elevator felt unsafe and was in terrible shape. The whole hotel reeks of overwhelming, ultra-cheap perfume, like it's trying to cover up deeper problems. It's old, worn out and poorly maintained, from the carpets and paint to the electrical switches and walls. A few so-called modern items have been added, but they look out of place and do nothing to hide how neglected the rooms are. This Quality Inn was by far the worst I've stayed at. Poorly managed, outdated, and not worth the money. Very disappointing. Don't come here.
