I stay here for work, and our teams always get a warm reception and a good response from Keyanna at the front desk. She treats every guest with care, respect, and real professionalism. On our last night we finally got into a cleaner room with working AC, after several stressful days and room changes. We booked a week here for my partner's birthday as a cheaper option outside the city, but we were anxious about coming back from our daily outings because problems kept piling up. Some staff were helpful, but the place felt disorganized and like they didn't care. Our first room was visibly neglected, with carpet stains, wall stains, and sticky, gross countertops. We checked in late after a long drive and asked for another room in the morning. They said we should have come earlier and that they were full, so we stayed put. We asked about an ice machine and were told there wasn't one, and to get a cup from the bar. I later found machines on every floor. On day three the room got very hot. Staff sent someone right away, and he found the AC unit was out and couldn't be fixed. He was kind and gave us breakfast vouchers and a fan until we could switch rooms in the morning. But then we were sent to a dirty, unready room and locked out of our original one. We requested daily cleaning, but the room was cleaned only about three of the seven days, and even then it was the bare minimum. I wish I could get my money back and stay somewhere else. For an extended stay outside the city, this isn't it. I'm beyond disappointed.

After two calls asking the neighbors to stop, their music finally went quiet, but it had been shaking our beds until 1 am. People were partying in the hallways, and construction began at 7 am, so we were kept up late and woken early. The complimentary breakfast was fruit, hard-boiled eggs, cold oatmeal, and lukewarm juice. I won't return and can't recommend this place. Getting luggage inside was almost impossible because all the entrance doors were supposedly broken, including the handicap buttons, and the doors were so heavy. The sitting area by check-in was taped off with yellow caution tape. Our first room smelled of sewage and mold; the second smelled of mold too. The pool deck floor was moldy and gross, with black gunk in the drains. They sent a housekeeping worker to freshen the room for the smell. He didn't speak English and poured almost a whole can of some chemical around the room. I tried to get him to stop, but the language barrier got in the way. It wasn't his fault, but the fumes triggered an asthma attack and allergic reaction. I travel often, and this was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. It felt like being on an episode of Punk'd.

The rooms were clean and nice, and the older TVs worked well. Front desk service was alright, though there was only one person on duty when we were there, so we waited quite a while. We were at the hotel for an event, and the food they served was some of the worst I've had in ages. Dry breakfast, soggy premade subs for lunch, and a badly made frozen pizza for dinner, without even any ranch to drown it in. I'd call this a 4 or 5 star hotel if I hadn't eaten the food.
