Housekeeping is polite and friendly, and the beds are comfy. Joe was a Saint when I was moving out, super patient and really helped me. The HVAC unit doesn't seem to know how warm the room is. It'll just keep running until it's like 90, but that's fine.

The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Thanks again, Joe. So far, so good. The one small problem was the AC/Heater. It only seemed to hold the temperature briefly, then switched to cold air. It stayed at mid temperatures during my visit, but the first two nights were a little chilly.

What General Manager Joe Popek told me is what I experienced, and there were many advantages here compared with the previous location. Thank you for the service, accommodations and the opportunity. I look forward to receiving your service and accommodations again in the future.

I spent two years at Intown suites on Ogden Avenue while getting ready to move back to my home state of Louisiana. It's right off the bus line, which made getting to places around Downers Grove and the surrounding area easy. Joe, the property manager, was always helpful with whatever I needed. Susie, who handles cleaning the rooms and property, was super friendly and very, very helpful as well. The staff were professional and courteous, always ready to help resolve anything that came up. If you need somewhere for an extended stay, I'd suggest looking into it. The price felt worth it for a peaceful living environment.
