We wanted to support a local business and gave this place a chance despite the mixed reviews. We booked two nights, but the room was so far below acceptable standards that we decided to leave. It was old, falling apart, and musty, more like slumdog millionaire housing than a motel. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund. After several exchanges with management, we still got nothing back. The hotel manager has been evasive. I tried to avoid posting a negative review, but after two months of follow-ups, nothing had been resolved and management kept dodging our request. Don't book here. There are fabulous places nearby, just a short drive away, for a little more money and a much better experience.

We tried to stay here in November 2025, but the room was extremely cold, the bed smelled, and the bathroom was somewhere you definitely didn't want to go. We stayed just a few minutes to check it out, then went to the office to explain the problems, cancel, and ask for a refund. It's now February 2026, and despite several attempts to reach the manager, the refund still hasn't come. I definitely don't recommend this place.

A solid budget choice: clean, no rugs, and basic cable. I had a small issue with my room, but the nice gentleman at the front desk fixed it immediately. I can't remember his name. There aren't too many compromises for the price, and I'd stay again.

We made a last-minute date night of it. The comedy club upstairs was just what we expected, a little uncomfortable and emotionally confusing, but most of all, funny as hell. Before heading out, we ate at the restaurant, where the service was good and the food delicious. I love mojitos, and the bar made them perfectly. The patio was a delight, and we got lucky with the weather, which made it even better.

Old and dirty, and the people running the place seemed shady. I didn't feel safe. Homeless people live there during the week.
