Quality Inn Draper near Salt Lake City

The location made getting to the freeway, nearby shops, and places to eat easy. Breakfast was a nice start to the day, with waffles, sausage, cheese omelets, muffins, fruit, and cereal. Our beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'd heard the hot tub was under repair, but they finished the work just before we arrived. We had a great stay and plan to return.

During my nursing school's Immersion week at Joyce University, it was a relief to have a washer and dryer on the second floor for my uniforms. I only tried breakfast on my last day, but there was a huge spread, and the sausage, eggs, waffles, and coffee were all good. My room was clean and comfortable, with a handy fridge and microwave, and I heard very little noise from other guests. The pool and hot tub seemed clean and weren't busy. The staff were friendly and helpful, too. Thanks for making a stressful week a bit easier. I'd come back.

I asked the front desk woman how she arrived at the $600 price, and she had a terrible attitude instead of answering a simple question. When I asked for her manager, she hung up on me. I understand people have bad days, but that doesn't make it okay to take it out on customers. Her behavior felt childish and unprofessional, and I don't think she should be in this job. I won't be going to Quality Inn.

The rooms were freezing when we arrived, and noise from the interstate was hard to ignore. The bed skirts were filthy, and there was mold on the bathroom ceiling above the showers. There was already a giant hole in the wall before our stay, but they charged our card for that damage and now refuse to refund us. Their general manager has been nearly impossible to reach or communicate with. A terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
