Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin

Breakfast downstairs on the first floor had plenty to eat on Tuesday morning, January 6, 2026, including eggs, bacon, sausage, bagels, and juice. One of the staff helped me find the cream cheese and syrup, and I appreciate the whole team for that and for a lovely five-star stay at Embassy Suites Columbus Dublin. We arrived the day before, Monday, January 5, and checked into a second-floor room. The eight-floor hotel looked elegant and stylish, and the elevators worked perfectly. Our room was very clean, with a great sofa, two neatly made beds, and a huge TV for my favorite shows. The shower was wonderful and had all three shampoos, plus a nice bar of soap. All those details made our stay comfortable and special.

The hotel was beautiful, with a great on-site restaurant, friendly staff, and an easy check-in. The downside was all the noise from families attending a gymnastics competition. Many parents let their kids run through the hotel and play in the halls late into the evening, without considering guests outside their group.

The room smelled musty when I arrived, and the bedding was uncomfortable. I’d booked a suite to relax after a long day at the State House, but the atrium right outside the rooms made every sound echo up from below. Children ran and yelled until 10:30 at night, and clanging noises kept going through the night, possibly from the elevator or nearby equipment. There wasn’t a smart TV, which feels like a basic hotel standard now. It wasn’t restful or pleasant, and I won’t return.

Friendly people at the front desk, good food, and a pleasant atmosphere. It’s a comfortable place to stay and enjoy yourself. I’ll come back.
