Shariese made the stay the best it could be. She was really personable, greeted us so warmly, and helped with everything we needed. I’ll definitely come back knowing she’ll be there to help.

A handy spot for getting around the city, and it’s very pet friendly, which adds a lot. The rooms are acceptable, though this looks like an older place that’s been remodeled over the top without the best results. The stovetop and microwave in the kitchen aren’t great.

The staff are friendly and generous with whatever help they can offer. Ms. Terra Ross was especially kind and supportive. She helped print important documents and had them ready before I got to the desk. It’s a clean, quiet place, and the whole team helped make my stay memorable. Thanks, keep shining.

The guy at the front desk was nice, but the hotel itself was awful. My first room was a mess, with outdated everything, a bathtub that was old and unusable, dirty bedding covered in hair, and smelly towels and room. The fan and refrigerator were loud, and I could hear footsteps from upstairs. I wouldn’t come back.
