From the third floor to the kitchen, the staff are the best. You walk in and there are beautiful smiles waiting to check you in. Everyone’s friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean with comfy beds. Breakfast is solid, but hearing the cooks sing is even better. I appreciate all of you and everything you do. Great management and team. See you soon.

The front desk was helpful, customer service was good, and the beds were comfortable. But the room was dirty, as if housekeeping had been interrupted halfway through cleaning. There was sand all over the floor and a bag of trash left behind. The refrigerator door wouldn’t close properly, and there was old milk inside. Our whole baseball team was in town for a tournament and stayed here, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Nequila is, without question, the best Front Desk Representative I’ve ever met. Her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care make you feel like you’re coming home instead of checking in. She and the incredible staff around her turn a simple stay into something memorable, comforting, and special. If you’re coming to Dublin, Georgia, look no further than the Holiday Inn. After one visit, you’ll see why it’s the only place you’ll want to stay.

The room was decent for the price, and the facility wasn’t bad. The shower was the main problem. The curtain covered only about half the tub, and its rod looked ready to fall off. The tub was very slick, and its curved bottom made it feel kind of dangerous when wet. Breakfast was okay, though you can’t expect five-star food from a free continental spread.
