Disgusting place. The room my kids and I got was awful. It smelled like a pile of ashtrays, there was blood on the walls, and the floor and bed were dirty. The towels and bathtub had pee stains, the toilet was clogged with somebody else’s poop, and the trash hadn’t been changed. The beds weren’t even made right, and the TV didn’t work. When I complained at the desk, the cleaner came in, sprayed something on the floor, then “mopped” the dirt around instead of sweeping first. That’s how it seemed to me, anyway. The stink was bad, and after she mopped, roaches started coming out everywhere. I’d give this zero stars if I could. Don’t recommend it unless you like nasty places.

After I complained to corporate, I was treated differently, wasn’t allowed to add more nights, and was charged for damage that was later refunded. I also had several problems with front desk staff and felt uncomfortable during the stay because of what I considered unprofessional behavior. I’ve filed a formal complaint through the proper channels and hope the location improves how it handles guests and customer service.

My kids and I have made this place our home, and we’ll come back if we need to after we leave. It’s clean and feels safe and friendly for families and kids. They know us all by name, even our dog. Bri and Jen are the best, housekeeping is really helpful, and maintenance stays on top of things. We love it here!!!

It’s a little tricky to find, tucked behind a truck stop, but the price is good for what you get. My floor has been pretty quiet, and the rooms have full kitchens. The stay’s been lovely, with nice staff, especially Brie and Shay.
