Stardust Motel

After a bad day, it was really nice meeting such kind people. They run the place as a family and are truly the sweetest. The service was very good, and I appreciate their help. This is definitely somewhere I'll stop again when I'm passing through.

The owners were VERY VERY friendly, and I had no issues during my one-night stay. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, the TV and everything else was nice, the AC works, and the beds are so comfortable. 10/10, I'll definitely be back!

We needed storage for large equipment, and the owner was very helpful with that. We picked one of the two new rooms he showed us and had a comfortable two-night stay. Both rooms looked much nicer than a regular motel room. The new management was accommodating from the start: I found the place on Google Maps because it was convenient for our trip and fit our budget, then called the owner. I hadn't checked a website or made a reservation, but he said he'd take care of us. The owner is clearly putting a lot of work into upgrading the rooms, though with 23 of them, it'll take a while. The newly redone rooms are very nice and better than you'd expect from the outside. The motel is older, so don't judge it by its cover. There are a few longer-term guests, as at many budget motels these days. We had no issues with anyone there. We only saw a few people, who said hi and seemed nice, and one guy is helping with much of the renovation. Just wanted to be up front about it. If the location suits your trip, don't overlook the place. The helpful new management and nice redone rooms made for a good stay.

We had a valid credit card and both people were 18+, as required by everything online, but we were turned away at check-in. Very disappointing, since the place looked promising. Edit: The owner said "Ukrainian." I can only assume he thought I or someone in my party was of Ukrainian descent and turned us away for that reason. Because of this, I will be moving forward with a discrimination lawsuit against the business for unlawfully refusing us service based on race.
