The room price seemed fair for what you get, and the WYE Motor Lodge has some interesting old tile in the adequate, if dated, bathroom. I've known this building all my life and guess it dates back to the 1950s or 1960s. Outside, the lawn and shrubs are neatly kept, the building looks well maintained, and there's plenty of parking. The location is great, and although the WYE intersection and road are busy, we couldn't hear them from our room. Inside, though, the rooms are outdated. Our carpet felt old and dirty and needed replacing, and the windows needed a good cleaning. If you want a fancy, updated, high-end rental, keep looking. If you can live with imperfections and are curious about this older place, give it a try.

Nothing fancy, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and check-in and check-out were easy. We booked three nights while visiting from out of town, and we'll stay here again on a future visit.

For 60 bucks, it was okay. The room was clean, but the furniture was dated, and the curtains had holes. They looked like they'd been there ages, maybe washed too many times.

Good hospitality, a clean place, and a very reasonable price. Best of all, there were no shady characters around. I'll definitely come back.

The location was okay, but there were a lot of weird people hanging around. The beds were lumpy, worn out, and horrible, and although the air conditioner worked, the doors and lock system were worn. There wasn't any coffee, breakfast, or anything, and the price was very high. They have more rooms than parking spots. It was presented as a great motel, but at best it's old and run down.
