Hampton Inn & Suites Dundee

We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was crisp and clean with a good pool for the kids. The bathroom doors slide on rollers instead of being regular doors, so they seem easy to damage. There also weren't any USB-C outlets. Aside from those two things, it was a great hotel for the area. Dad and two kids.

I had to change rooms three times even though I'm handicapped. I tried to explain that the handicapped seats shouldn't be under the sink, and the manager started yelling, “Whatever, Karen!” She shouted it loudly. I wished her a nice day, and she yelled back, “You have a nice day, Karen!” When Hilton got involved, she lied. I've never seen anyone so unprofessional, except maybe for her haircut. Seriously, think twice before staying here, especially if you're a gold or diamond member. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in a long time.

A person came to my room at 3:30 p.m. and told me to stop my one-year-old from running because it was too loud. I'd never checked into a hotel with two kids and been put on the second floor, then told to keep quiet. My one-year-old only recently started walking and still stumbles. I can't just lock him up. If you're hoping for a place to hang out and relax without worrying about being kicked out of a hotel that costs over $200 a night, this isn't it. Very disappointing. I do not recommend it if you have kids.

We've stayed at several Hamptons over the past four weeks, and this was the only one without a Smart TV. In my opinion, the channels they did have were junk. The hotel was practically empty that night, but they put us next to the elevators despite our Silver Member status. I didn't find the front desk especially friendly, unlike at the other Hamptons we've stayed at. We had pets, and although there was a designated pet area, I had to climb over a bank of snow to reach it and fell trying to get back over to the street.
