Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Clearwater North-Dunedin by IHG

Being able to walk everywhere made our visit especially easy. The main street, with its bars and restaurants, is less than a five-minute walk away. Breakfast was complimentary, delicious, and had a good range of hot and cold choices, replenished each morning. Our room was spotless, fresh, and comfortable, and the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Dunedin and I’d highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back.

The Costa coffee available around the clock is a great perk, and the hotel sits right off the Pinellas Bike Trail, close to excellent shops and restaurants. We’ll be staying here for business whenever we’re in town. After a miserable experience at a Hilton in Tampa earlier this week, it was a relief to return to this Holiday Inn Express in Dunedin. Danny at the front desk made our night with a kind welcome and attention to detail, and greets us by name when we walk past. The hospitality from him and the rest of the team is so good. Penny, Kim, Shannon, Devon, and Kate all share the same warmth. The housekeeping staff smile and say hello as they pass, and everyone seems to genuinely enjoy working here. Thanks to all of you. Keep up the great work, you make a difference!

The best part was DANNY and the whole HIE DUNEDIN team. Thanks for the daily smiles and good wishes. We wish we knew everyone’s name. The location could NOT be better, just a few blocks from downtown Dunedin. Tasty breakfast, very good coffee, plus a pool and Jacuzzi. We’ll be back.

The breakfast was delicious and well organized. The woman looking after the breakfast area was incredibly kind and friendly. She came over to our table and made sure we had everything we needed. Everyone working there was smiling, on point, and clearly cared about guests. My family and I stayed at the Holiday Inn North Clearwater/Dunedin on November 29, and had an excellent experience. We arrived around 6:30 PM, and the gentleman at the front desk was polite, professional, and welcoming. He explained things clearly and told us breakfast was included the next morning. Our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was just right for our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. Thank you!
