The owner walked us through the room’s amenities at check-in and explained the things they provide to make guests comfortable. There are towels and other items for outdoor use and the pool, plus a grill and grilling utensils in the pool area. The rooms have most of what you need, and the place feels more like a mini Airbnb or verbo than a hotel. I believe all, or at least most, of the rooms were renovated after flooding from a prior hurricane, so everything is in really good shape. Our room was comfortable, clean, and nice, and the kids had a blast in the pool. The location is great, a block or two from the causeway for easy access to Honeymoon Island, and right by everything in downtown Dunedin. We really enjoyed our stay.

The owners have beach chairs and other things you can borrow, and the rooms were better than I expected. I slept on the pull-out bed and was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable both it and the pillows were. It’s such a good value and so close to Honeymoon Island State Park. I’d definitely come back!

They made sure we stayed comfortable through an unusually cold night in Florida by providing a quilt and a space heater. The management’s attention to detail was outstanding. It’s conveniently located near the Pinellas Trail and downtown, and I’ll book here again next time I visit Dunedin.

Anthony was incredibly kind and helpful, and the location is lovely. My husband and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at this beautiful gem on our way back home. We’ll be returning.

The coffee shop right out front and the brewery next door made the location even better. The bike trail is across the street, and Dunedin causeway is five minutes away. We absolutely loved our stay at the Palm Court Hotel. Thanks for a wonderful visit, we can’t wait to come back!
